How To Use Your Dubai Package?
Within 24-48 hours of booking your Dubai Package, you will receive an email with a PDF eVoucher + individual tickets to each attraction on your itinerary. The PDF entails your itinerary with essential details like directions, closing hours, meeting points etc for each experience, to help you plan your visit better. The individual tickets to each attraction is what you need to gain entry at each experience. You do not need to carry a printed version and can simply show them on your phone to partake in the experience.
Cancellation Policy
Headout powered Dubai Packages enjoy moderately flexible cancellation policies to accommodate last minute travel plans.
- Date of booking to 31 days before travel - Cancellation charges will be 10% of the package cost
- 16 to 30 days before travel - Cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
- 5 to 15 days before travel - Cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
- 0 to 4 days before travel - Cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
- There will be no refund for partially utilized services.
- We reserve the right to charge 100% no show charges.
- Some packages have a seperate cancellation policy pertaining to the activities included.

Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to reschedule an itinerary/route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
- Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by adults for all adventure activities ( desert safari, skydiving, water sports, ziplining)
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, alcohol and live entertainment will not be provided for the desert safari and dhow cruise experience.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is a punishable offence.
- Littering is strictly prohibited and offenders will face heavy penalties.
- Smoking in public areas is not allowed.
- If the tour is cancelled or delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown, delay by other guests, unstable weather), we will provide alternate options within the duration of your trip.
- Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

I see multiple experiences for which the timings are not specified? How do I know when to arrive for each experience?
When you receive your Dubai Package voucher, all of the slots for each experience will be detailed out. We leave these timings fluid on the itinerary so as to pick out the best slots for you as per your vacation days and availability. There could be situations where we swap activities for the day (within your itinerary duration) to pick the better slots. Nevertheless, we promise you an exceptional time in Dubai!
Can I book multiple Dubai Packages at a time?
Yes, you can! Our website offers the flexibility and ease to book multiple Dubai packages at a time, however, be warned that some tours may be repeated across packages. For example, we always accommodate the Desert Safari experience as a must - do in all our packages. If you would like to book multiple packages, we suggest giving us a call or hopping on live chat to help us provide you a customized itinerary.
I’m not able to find the right Dubai Package for my trip. Is there any room for customizing the package as per my taste?

For tours inclusive of transfers, do you offer to provide pick up/drop off from across Dubai?
This is hard to tell, since some tours provide pick up/drop off services only from central spots in the city while others provide pick up/drop off from your accommodation. However, we will be detailing this out in your itinerary voucher, so as to help you plan your day accordingly. Note, seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & how the tour manager permits.
Are strollers allowed in the transfer vehicles?
Strollers are not allowed inside the vehicles without prior information, so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.

How do I make a payment to book a Dubai Package on Headout?
Headout accepts all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and JCB. You can also pay using apple pay on Headout IOS app.
Please note that Headout being an online platform does not accept cash payments. All bookings must be made on our website or app (available on iOS and Android).
Why does it ask me to Verify Card Ownership on the booking page?
All bookings that we receive go through an automated security check to authorise transactions. In some cases when the automation fails, this needs to be done manually as this is a mandatory process. This additional step helps us to protect the cardholder and ensure that this card has been legitimately used for this reservation.

What is your refund policy? How long will the refund take to reflect in my bank account?
You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as your reservation has been cancelled. It usually takes 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Once your money has been refunded from our end, you will be receiving an email confirmation to update you on the same.
